My first love is my family. I am a wife and a proud mother. I have an unbelievably supportive husband who loves me unconditionally. Together we share three incredible children who are my world! I am forever grateful to call myself their mother and I consider myself to be very blessed!
I'm a Georgia girl, born and raised. I graduated high school and went on to college where I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education. My love for children lead me to teach Georgia Pre-K for four years before leaving to raise my own children as well as to expand my photography business. Although I find myself missing the classroom, I find fulfillment in working with children through photography. There is never a dull moment when it comes to a child and it shows in their portraits!
So why photography? Well, photography has always been a HUGE interest of mine. My first camera was given to me as a child and I haven’t put it down since! My grandfather made a living as a photographer and although he may be unaware, I spent a lot of time admiring his work. I can only hope that someday my work will compare to his!
Although my love for photography began as merely a hobby, I later decided to take things to the next level. I started my business in April of 2006, shortly after my first child was born. It was then that I realized how expensive photography was for a parent who wanted to capture those memorable milestones of their young child. I feel that every parent should be able to have their child's precious memories captured in a way that will last a lifetime! I decided that I would share my talent with other parents by providing high quality portraits without the high prices.
I decided to expand my business by offering wedding photography. As with portraits, wedding photography can become very expensive. I offer a variety of wedding packages to meet all of a couple's photography needs reguardless of their budget. I take pride in my work and my ability to share my talent with others. Nearly two dozen weddings later, my goal is still to offer the best quality to every couple at affordable prices.
